On Thursday, October 26th 2017, Cisco Umbrella will release the Umbrella Roaming Security Module for AnyConnect version 4.5.2033 for all customers on the stage track who have the AnyConnect Cloud auto-update feature enabled in settings. On Thursday November 2, 2017, Cisco Umbrella will release the Umbrella Roaming Security Module for AnyConnect version 4.5.2033 for all customers on the first. Goto start and search for cisco anyconnect program then right click on it and open file location. Once you get the shortcut file location, right click and select Troubleshoot compatibility The window will try to detect problem and select Try recommended settings Then click Test the program.

What Is Cisco Anyconnect
Symptoms
When you have the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client installed on a Surface Pro 3, you may experience one of the following symptoms:
If you try to connect to a wireless network by using the Cisco Network Access Manager (NAM), you cannot connect to the wireless network.
You can connect to an open (that is, unsecured) wireless network by using the Cisco Network Access Manager (NAM). However, you cannot use the Cisco NAM to connect to a wireless network that requires a password or other authentication.
If you use the Windows 8.1 Networks interface to connect to the wireless network, you can connect to the wireless network.
